No time for training? Education cut out of the budget? Try mentoring while you are working with us. TSG Consulting has IBM Certified instructors and Industry Certified Professionals that can provide an alternate solution to formal training by providing your staff with hands-on experience and a transfer of knowledge.

Mentoring

IT staff knowledge and the ability to take over and manage a solution is essential to a smooth running operation. Our instructors and our professionals can work side by side with your IT staff to impart in-depth knowledge that is applicable for your environment. 

In conjunction with side-by-side training, TSG Consulting can provide detailed status reports that can be used as future reference for the ongoing support of your environment. They have been used as a reference guide when mentored staff is on their own for the first time.

TSG Consulting can also provide formal training. Our certifications with IBM allow our instructors to deliver IBM courseware at your site, or at an IBM Training facility. We can also create a customized course that will fit your environment and educational needs.
